Please ensure that you provide the following information:-

    A clear description of your event in no more than about fifty to sixty words
    The location, date and time when it's to be held
    Any further information that those wishing to attend might need to know,
    such as the cost of tickets or admission, age limits on attendance, etc.

    It's also useful to provide a name and an email address or phone number
    that can be used as a contact point and published on the site along with
    the details of the event.
