Enrollment

Enrollment Policy.

 

We welcome your visit to Play to Learn Child Care Center. As you tour the child care center, we pray that you feel comfortable with the environment for your child. It is important to meet all staff members. We encourage you to ask questions. We also encourage you to inquire about the guidelines we are required to follow, as outlined by the Tennessee Child Care Center Licensing Rules. Please pay attention to the policies we have chosen to implement.

 

Upon your Decision to enroll your child, the follwing procedures will be followed:

 

  • Enrollment paperwork packet to be completed
  1. Application
  2. Pick Up Authorization
  3. Health History
  4. Child Care Agreement form.
  5. Emergency Contact form.
  6. Updated medical and immunization records.       
  • Registration and Curriculum fee to be paid in full. (please inquire about the cost)
  • All of the above items must be completed prior to your child's first day of enrollment.

 

Trial Period

The first two weeks of your child's enrollment are designated as the trial period. This trial period begins on your child's first day of class. During this trial period the provider of family may terminate the child care agreement with a 24 hour notice. No Pre-paid fees will be credited upon cancellation. After the trial period, a family evaluation of the enrollment process will be required.
