You know, the one near the One-O-One.
Has it been affected by the recent cold snap? Or has some RAGAMUFFIN jammed the button in?
They seem to change to red on a regular basis without anyone pushing the button, or being near it.
I've had to stop there 4 times since Thursday with nobody in sight and it WILL NOT DO.

Same happened with the one on Steppingley Road out side Woodland School on 27th Dec.

It slows drivers down without the need to install sleeping policemen :?:
